The Blight

(Music coming soon…)

Here we go again
And the sides weigh in
With the war paint wired
To a constant thought
In the black and white

And the gold rolls in
And the eyes glow green
And the tongue tastes sweet
With a sour sting
In a two way street

And then tomorrow we’ll say with contentious
And confident rose-tinted eyes

That the tears of the crying are just a reminder
To hasten the rush to our guy

With you face down on the bed
Bite it down, submit and lay there
There’s a song playing in my head
And the record’s repeating again
